All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

When you place an order, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page to complete payment. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order.

We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

All gift cards are delivered digitally by email. You will receive your gift card code(s) shortly after completing your purchase.

• Gift cards are delivered by email as a unique code
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Partial redemption is supported — any remaining balance is retained for future use
• Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

Appointments booked through our website are processed via Treatwell and are subject to Treatwell's terms and conditions.

For cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, please refer to the confirmation you receive from Treatwell or contact us directly.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of 207 Health and Beauty unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 207 Health and Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services including Stripe, Treatwell, or delivery providers.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
